Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days. Times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 2 to 3 business days to show updates.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at ovessora@gmail.com and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update it if the order has not shipped yet. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes or duties depending on local regulations.
